I am in disagreement with this statement. Besides the money that one earns, there are many other important reasons to hold a particular job. For example, I think that work environment is a very important factor. This is because workers can perform better and work more efficiently in a positive work environment. Another important factor is the quality of the tools and capital that an employee is given to work with. The experience that a job offers is one of more important factors, because future potential employers will want to hire someone with previous work experience. For example, this past semester I worked in a company where I learned a great deal about economic analysis. I think that this experience will benefit my employment opportunities because it will be considered by my future potential employers when making their decision to hire me.

My opiniĆ³n in this kind of things can be shared in both the two ways. For one side it´s obvious that the wage´s one of the most important things you have to consider in order to accept a job but there could be people that don´t think about wage as a primary need; some kind of people choose their jobs just because they´ve found a place where they can apply the skills they´ve learned.
Secondly, i think that if you´re not comfortable with the way you´re doing, the time will give you a lesson, because there´s a moment you won´t be able to support the enviroment and that would be an upset in your life. Unfortunately not all the people have the perfect job, where they earn a good wage and they´re doing what they really enjoy. So i think you have to take it account, if you want a good job maybe you´ll have to sacrifice the things you enjoy, and if you want to do these, maybe you´ll not be completely happy with you´ll be doing. To be honest, i guess that if you want to get this two things together you´ll have to work hardly and be very patient.

I think that the salary is not the most important aspect to choose a job. But we cannot deny that it is one of the principal points that take in consideration. Essentially, I believe that this decision depend of the person, but from my point of view, can exist other factors that are equal or more importants that the salary. For example, the schedule, there are persons who have other obligations or prefer spend more time with your family, for them the schedule is more important that the salary. Also there are persons who prefer a work with major opportunities of growth though at present they of a minor salary, for them it is more important the opportunities that the salary. In addition there exist persons who prefer a good environment of work and we are ready to get a minor salary for a better environment. For other persons the distance towards the work can compensate a minor salary.
These are some of the motives for which I think that the salary not necessarily is the most important aspect of a job, but I believe that this decision depend of the person.

I disagree with the last statement, because I think there are many other important aspect that really care, the money that person earns is important but also:

The working environment, In my point of view is the most important factor, because if you have a goog working environment you can carry out very well and this can contribute to provide you more abilities and you can be more productive.
When a person work in a factory or anywhere and it fells confortable with its job, I think is hard that the person wants to change its job for other where the person can be paid higher.

I considered that also is important the opportunity of growth or the opportunities to learn new things and the experience that this can provide you.

Aspects like good and confortable schedule, if the job is near by the place where you live and social security benefit are important too.

In conclusion, exist many reason that people work, is important the money that you will earn but isn`t the most important aspect for accept a job.

Undoubtedly the salary is a very important part that must be born in mind of a work, in fact it is the first part that we observe of it. Other aspects come later, since you obtain the employment can observe other aspects, such as the environment of work, tools, location, etc.
In the personal thing I have two years being employed at an excellent environment of work, with excellent companions, a good administration, comforts, among other things, but given my needs I can say to them that the salary is in what more I am interested, believe that other aspects come in addition if you show a positive attitude, even you can manage to introduce the processes established with your own ideas.

I disagree with this statement. I think there are other reasons more important, however the money it is an important factor. For example, the activities that make the worker, if he likes his work or not. Because, if an employee has a work where the earning it is not good but he likes his work, it is more satisfactory that another that he does not like, but has a big wage. Another, it is the environment, the other people that he works with, because the employee feels confortable then he can to take a job with less money.

I do not agree at all. It should not be important, since a job must be something we are glad to do every single day, making our lives happy. If we earn money besides working on what dreamed of all our lives, it will be even better, because you would be making money with no effort, given that, it is not taken as a work rather than a game or something you are interested in while having fun.

Unfortunately, that sounds as utopia, where nobody minds how much they earn. When in real life, money is actually what everybody wants to know about when looking for a job, even before asking or knowing what they have to do in it. Nowadays prices are too high; therefore society is interested in get as much money as they can, in order to be able to buy what they need. That is why; people want to get a job where they would earn enough to survive. Consequently, most people look for jobs according to wages, rather than what they really like or want.
