It’s a very fast way to find some information, just with typing a word is enough to find tons of web sites where you can find what you are looking for.
You can easily download many things such as videos, pictures, eBooks and so on.
Usually it’s free to visit a website to find some info.

Today an environmental problem is the way we use plastic, what we do with, after its use, and their damage. Recycling is a way to rescue plastic, there is a new factory that shows that it can be easier. In the dumps and landfills the interaction with food residue, bits of blue and shards of metal, damage plastic and it cause plastic to tear or break, avoiding to reuse all plastic. The factory that develops the machine -2K Manufacturing-, turns mixed plastic into a composite board called EcoSheet. It has a cost like plywood, can be used in buildings, is easier to work and it can be recycled again. The process is by encapsulation, powder-impresión moulding. 2K Manufacturing is in expansion and has plans to open plants in other cities of Britain, to collect the plastic waste in short distances.

Plastic is an important product that has taken part of our life. It is very useful and practical. The problem is that sometimes we don’t use it in the right way, we over use it. Therefore some people have been interested in recycle it. Nowadays there is a factory in England named 2K Manufacturing which does recycle the plastic and gives plastic more ways to be used, for example they developed a new material called “Ecosheet” which is pretty same as plywood and actually it has a number of advantages over plywood. Of course it has some costs but this process seems to be profitable. Mr Kutluoglu, 2K Manufacturing’owner, is planning to double the production and eventually open 10 plants in different point of Britain, therefore they can transport their products to different areas.

Some years ago, plastic bottles can’t be recycled in one step because it’s most be clean and sorted in various types and that process are expensive. Nowadays, a new factory changes the way of this preposition, this factory can recycle mixed and dirty bottles and in the end of the process create a substitute of some type of wood, plywood.
The mayor part of plastics are made by polymers, if the plastic really contains this polymers and is washed, it can be reused, but if the plastic are dirty, the result of recycling is a weak plastic.
The location of this factory is in Luton, England, and was called 2K MANUFACTURING, the result of recycling mixed plastic was called EcoSheet, this kind of plywood cost the same like a normal plywood and can be used in the same things. EcoSheet have more advantages of normal plywood, it’s more treatable and the principal difference is that can be recycled again, independently if is painted or that kind of things.
Two mans open this factory, Omer Kutluoglu and TUrul Taskent. The process of production received the name of powder-impression moulding. The production have different mechanic process, before to finish a machine inject air to create a “spongly-looking” core. The final step is give the form of the plywood.
The capability of production is 360 thousand sheets. The expectative is to expand the production line and open a new factory in England, the idea for that is to recycled the more quantity of plastic garbage to reduce the contamination.

I think, the most important point of A new factory can turn almost any plastic into a useful product is, that the factory called 2K Manufacturing which is in England, it´s the only company in the world that can became the plastic trash in a board called EcoSheet, a substitute for plywood.
A construction company tested this board, and some people were used it for advertising hoardings and flooring, and they supporting it.
One of the pros of EcoSheet is the price, it´s the same of the plywood and you can use it like real plywood, but at the same time you´re recycling.

Nowadays plastic use is very common but that material could be very dangerous for the environment. Although plastics can be recycled, the mayority end in the garbage. The ecosheet is a new material researched by 2K manufacturing, that is directed by Omer Kutluoglu. The ecosheet have many advantages against their close competitors, for example, the plywood. This last one have some problems, like the residues that this material produces when is process.

The new factory “2K Manufacturing” has a production capacity of 360,000 sheets of the material a year. That’s way eventually there are expectation to open 10 more plants in Britain, in order to collect and process 5m tonnes of plastic produced annually in Britain.

Efforts have been made in order to recycle plastic, however tonnes of plastic still end up in ladfills because of the cost of reclycling it.

Today in our life are commun to use plastic but there is a problem with it, recycle it is very difficult and this material really makes damage to the enviroment.
The most important problem is that we don't know how to solve the problem. We don't separete the trash, we droop it in the street, etc and if we add the problem that recycling plastic have we really are in troubles.
Today, the technology gives a solution. There is factory called 2K Manufacturing that created Ecosheet a sustite for plywood. Ecosheet has similars caracteristics than plywood but there's a difference, Ecosheet can be recycled to more Ecosheet. So this can be the answer for some enviromental problems but the real answer is in our actions and culture.
