Playing sports,eating good and sleeping well,are good ways to .........
I really like to do all kind of sports to come out all my energy, and also is a good way for relaxing. I usually sleep only 6 hour in average, and for that reason sometimes i feel tired, when i am in classes. but thanks to sports o dont need to smoke, when i feel stressed. When a sleep well i understand everything the professor say. Every morning a like to eat a banana for the potasio and also one orange for the vitamin c.( the potasio bring energy for all the day, and the vitamin c protect you against the flu or other types of virus.I feel better when i have all my energy.
There are many effective ways to study and to be prepared for an exam. If you going to have a mathematics exam, is a good idea to practices various problems on the topic seen in class. For an exam of history, the best way to remember important dates for different events is by linking these dates with the birthday of your friends or family. But if none these tips is useful, do not hesitate to ask to help. The study group allows you to clarify doubts with your classmates. Also, help one of your classmates to study lets you retrieve that already learned.
An effective study plan.
I think is very importat to have an schedule and be organized, read during the semester, not only before the exam so you won't feel nervous and you won't be under pressure because you won't have so much to study.
In my case I usually start to study one week before the day of the exam, I read the notes twice and then I do exercises and also answer exams from last years,after that if I have a doubt I ask the teacher for help .If I follow this plan I don't feel nervous the day of the exam.
The form in that we spend our time is a question of habits. There are many basics strategies for organizing time that you can use to exploit your time. For example you can to design a schedule with the activities that you realized daily, add you can to include dates of exams and final papers; In respect of final papers you can to establish deadline time for these. On the other hand you can to make a list of your activities for importance order.
Orgineze your time is useful and easy.If you want to do many things on the day, the way to do it is organizing your time. On form is having a schedule. with this you can split your 24 hours on the activities you need to do. An other way is putting a calendar where you can see it many times in the day with your daily activities. It`s very important to orgineze our time. you would waste less time thinking about what you were suppose to be doing. It`s perfect to maximize your time, try it.
The best way to stay healthy. Doctors say that it is good to do 30 min excise like jogging, walk, lift weights, etc. accompanied with healthy food like vegetables, fruits, meat, also avoid vices like smoke and drink you can lead a healthy life. Other doctors also say that it is good to be positive, enjoy the life and smile and you could life better because you keep away many health problems like infarcts, cancer, etc. I thing that you can lead a healthy life if you blend these advice.
Doing some sport and taking a healthy diet is the way to stay healthy. Healthy diet can offer some benefits. One example is, if you eat good food, you can prevent cholesterol and others kind illness. However, other way for staying healthy is to do exercise. Even since you did some sport, you have felt stress-fell. These are some recommendation that you can try.
I think that the best way to stay healthy is doing exercise, practicing some sport, eating and sleeping well.
If you want to be healthy you should have a rigorous diet, for example: do exercise every day in the morning, because this is the most important part of the day. Also you need to eat healthily, minimum eat three times a day. Vegetables and fruits have a lot of vitamins that everybody needs and they are delicious. Sleep and get up early does your day more efficient because you wake up with enough energy to do your chores. You only have to do this like a custom and you can see that you are going to feel very well.
Earning extra money
i think that earning extra money is a great way to value money. In my case, i try to earn extra money helping my uncle on weekends, because he have a business that not always can handle. In case that he needs help, i work on weekends and earn extra money. It's fantastic when my uncle needs me because i can go to diferent places on weekends or save money in case that i want to buy someting special. I hope that everyone could have the opportunities to get estra money because is a way to know the money's value and understand how our parents organize the money to live.
The sports are activities that can help a lot in life. The discipline they teach you the sport is very good. Competitiveness is another virtue that can give us a sport. The sports are also a way to keep your body and healthy mind. The sports help us in life, both in the field profecional, as in everyday life, is also a great way to de-stress and have fun.
Earning extra money is good because you can buy things that you really want besides the things you obtain from your parents. From my experience, I understood that is not easy to gain money and for this I undestand that when my parents said not to buy something, even if they really have the money, is because it is note necessary to buy whatever I want so i learned to value the money i gain from my work.
If your life needs a best form to orgasnize your activities of day, these are a good recomendation that can help you. For example when you need to do something, wrote in a notebook whit the hour and date of the appoiment,then cut out it and paste in a refrigerador. Finally add your other responsability in the same page and dates.
if you want to do all your dreams, for example: go to vacations, a god job, a nice car, etc... You need organize your activities in your school and hobbies, because if you aren´t prepare on school you will not be graduate and is difficult get a good job, you need think about all the activites that you want to do on your life and schedule it if you don´t do this you will forget it.
